Problem
Hyper had a need to hire Outsoursing services (Near Shore Outsoursing) to support the capacity in their team, as they were needing a lot of support at the beginning to move forward with their platform.
They also required research and development of small projects needed for their operation:

StartX’s work has been based on three points.

A third of the StartX team is working on the American platform, but there is a section where they are looking to evaluate new alternatives for Hyper to continue innovating.

Problem
LX needed to expand its operational capacity and integrate its management systems with the sales, property and client platform, including a customized CRM and the development of a website that would allow it to efficiently manage the marketing process.
Solution
LX used our Graphic Design and User Experience (UX) services in order to create a high quality and satisfying user interaction tool.
The StartX engineering team conducted a research process to see which technologies and tools were best suited to the requirements provided by the LX team. Based on the research and feedback from the client, it was decided to implement a multi-functional platform that integrates state-of-the-art technology for LX’s different areas of interest, such as sales, project management and real estate.

Who is Internap?

Issue
Internap has patented its Internet routing optimization technology, Management Internet Routing Optimizer (MIRO), enhancing the gateway edge protocol (BGP) by dynamically evaluating routing characteristics such as latency, packet loss and route stability to select the best route based on its final destination, resulting in lower latency, high availability and accelerated performance of its application.
Internap required a tool that would allow them to visualize their system to demonstrate its value to their customers. This tool needed to be consistent with Internap’s preferences, high standards and quality in order to demonstrate its competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Solution
- Internap used our Graphic Design and Usability (UX) services to create a high quality tool with a focus on user goals and roles.
- Project Management services were provided directly in Atlanta to perform requirements gathering, prioritization, organization and planning of deliverables.
- StartX provided Internap with a full team of software engineers to carry out the development of the customized and adaptive Web tool, made in two versions: an internal version used by members of the company and a public version to show it to potential clients.
Result
- A customized and adaptive Web tool that meets Internap’s brand preferences.
- Visualization tool with multiple views and interactive graphics illustrating the MIRO system functionalities.
- Tool used by the sales department to demonstrate the value of MIRO to their potential and existing IP customers.
- Internap deployed a strong marketing campaign around the newly developed tool.
